Natural Green Olives
We pick green olives from central Greece, allow them to ferment in brine until they lose their bitter tones, and then place them in water and salt. This simple process keeps their unripe tones and fresh taste. They are originated from PDO Konservolia variety with a large plump and round shape without pointed ends. They are the only green olives that are processed using only natural ingredients, leaving their flesh softer than those of Chalkidiki olives. Savor them in the same way people have done for centuries, as some things are made to remain unchanged.
