Our caper leaves are selected from the island of Santorini, famous for its volcanic soil which gives rich taste and character to everything that grows on the island. From the wild caper plant we collect the tender young leaves and marinate them in brine and vinegar.
Perfect for authentic salad recipes and fish dishes, the leaf contributes in both taste and appearance, providing a sharp, piquant, salty taste with a pungent aroma.
